WikiFX: Nothing Is Impossible
Since
we launched WikiFX App, we have constantly strove to introduce it to the
public, and it’s great to see that more people are getting to know WikiFX App
as a versatile Forex search platform offering all-inclusive information such as
profile, license and regulation of Forex brokers. Today, we’d like to share the
story behind our success so you can further understand what makes WikiFX
extraordinary.
Seeing
how investors across the world struggle to sort out reliable Forex brokers from
fraudulent ones, with their assets often at risk, WikiFX decided to shelve and
even cancel several projects to make way for one that targets this common
challenge facing investors. This project to build a global Forex media, later
known as WikiFX App, epitomized the dedicated hard work of every WikiFX member
who are resolved to create a better and safer Forex market for investors---we
make it, or break it.
The
international version of WikiFX App launched in January, 2018 had crashed the
server with huge downloads on the first day of its release, and we were thrilled
to see that the number of users skyrocketed in the following days.

Since then, “WikiFX App” has become a symbol of our shared identity. In the past year our employees doubled from approximately 100 to around 200, while significant rearrangement of personnel were made. Over 80% of WikiFX employees have oversea education background or experience in international publicity, and bilingual or multilingual skill is a prerequisite for new WikiFX staff.
Striving
towards the current goals while getting prepared for the next step, we share
the same vision for WikiFX and the resolution to achieve our ambitious goals
despite all challenges.
Curiosity
for the future, understanding and respecting the trend, seizing opportunities and embracing changes. These
are the values we stick to that allow WikiFX to achieve the impossibles.
As
a highly inclusive company, WikiFX will ask employees to fill out
questionnaires before launching projects or activities to ensure everyone can
have a say of the matter, and the administrators will carefully analyze the
survey results to let valuable opinions and suggestions shine.
Instead
of the traditional pyramid structure, WikiFX has a horizontal organization
structure, so there’s no distinct hierarchy between administrators and
employees. For instance, the marketing division, headed by the director, is
divided into 4 groups with each having its own group leader. In daily work,
group leaders and directors encourage employees to share their ideas and
suggestions, which are polished through group discussions and help to create
many of the well-received projects.
Our
monthly WikiFX Journal is a great example of what the method can achieve. The
idea was first proposed by a colleague who believes that WikiFX, despite the
overall declining trend in traditional media, has an obligation to contribute
to the revival of traditional media.

Every
step of making a magazine, from design to publication, massive production and
distribution, accompanies significant challenges and high costs, yet WikiFX
takes on this daunting task after deliberation. Expanding our boundaries from
online to offline, we aspire to be not only the “cultivator” but also the
pioneer in Forex industry, and every step from the project kickoff to the
settling of its ¥1 price is exploring new possibilities. Here in WikiFX,
there’s no such thing as “the boss makes the rules”. We encourage everyone to
speak their minds and tolerate the mistakes in trying out new ideas, so that
valuable perceptions, even those seemingly impossible ones, may come true.
3.Exceeding
the impossible
As
WikiFX App targets the global Forex market, conducting oversea expos can
significantly increase its influence and visibility. While the main purpose of
all expos is to offer a professional forum for knowledge-sharing and business
communication,
WikiFX
Oversea Expo Director aspires to make Wiki Expo unlike any others since the
launch of the project.
Building
on WikiFX’s rich information resource and professional global database as a
renowned Forex media, each Wiki Expo aims to create a safer environment with
better opportunities for investors by selecting long-established and compliant
Forex brokers with excellent WOM. The Expos also invite top professionals to
share trading strategies, market trends and interpretations of international
financial policies with investors.
Driven
by such a belief, we want to make Wiki Expo a renown brand. Launched in 2019 as
the offline expo brand of WikFX, Wiki Expo will create tremendous business
opportunities for hundreds of brokers and tens of thousands of investors. For
example, the WikiFX Sydney Summit in March welcomed over 30 exhibitors and over
3,000 participants, as well as 50 keynote speakers who are top-level Forex
professionals , providing a reliable communication environment for all.

High
quality, credibility, interactivity and great bonuses are the highlights of
