Outrageous Broker Defrauded Investor of “ Pension Money”

Summary

Ms. Jin, an forex investor, shared her terrible investment experience of being defrauded by ZHONGTUO FUTURES. She opened an account by the referral of other people, and deposited lots of money to the platform. Unexpectedly, the platform suspended her account and rejected her withdrawal applications. I, 52 years old, bitterly regretted choosing ZHONGTUO FUTURES, for which I made heavy loss. So I hope to remind investors to carefully check broker’s compliance before investment by my sharing.

I couldn’ t believe that my account became unavailable overnight for no reason. To my shock, the broker blocked my account, leaving me unable to withdraw money. At at the same time, I also regret for not checking its compliance carefully beforehand.

I knew ZHONGTUO FUTURES by the referral of an instructor from chat group for trading in March, 2019. He traded forex at the platform and made some profit. And his friend was an agent of the platform, he added. Finally I opened an account and made deposit. Following was my deposit record from bank statement on March 22^nd.

The instructor told me to stop trading the next day for service fee readjustment of ZHONGTUO FUTURES. So I didn’ t trade for quite a time, except for occasional login. However, I was unable to access my account on April 4^th, which really shocked me for there were much money in it.

I contacted my recommender right away about the issue, who replied he would communicate with the platform. From then on, I can do nothing but wait. On April 8^th, I got his reply - wait patiently for withdrawal.

By late April, I sill didn’ t receive the money. Thus I called the police on April 22^th, and contacted the instructor again, who just offered the QQ ID of platform customer service and a telephone number. 

In the following days, I kept on calling the instructor, but couldn’ t get through the number. And the customer service’ s QQ was also useless.

He also ignored my questions about ZHONGTUO FUTURES’ license information, so I checked it by WikiFX App and found that ZHONGTUO FUTURES was poorly rated at 0.80 without valid license, realizing that the broker was downright illegal. I told it to the instructor, but he simply passed the buck.

Till now, I still can’ t withdraw my money while ZHONGTUO FUTURES offers no explanation or solution. Therefore, I seek to defend my rights by reporting the illegal broker to WikiFX.

In short, I hope investors should check broker’ s regulatory information carefully through WikiFX App before investment. Do not trust other people’ s recommendation about broker easily, and stay away from brokers with low rating and high investment risk to ensure the safety of your investment.
