WikiFX receives lots of complaints of AET recently for their misconduct of rejecting making the refund. Investors kept on waiting for more than 1 months but was told to be patient by their customer service staff. Please be aware of it.

Mr. Zhu’s said, he was introduced to open account at AET and made the first deposit on December 2018 and has made some loss by that time. He submitted the withdrawal request by January this year; however, he found that the withdrawal amount has been deducted while the cash still haven’t been received. He contacted customer service afterwards but was being told to wait patiently since they were quite busy recently. Yet, they haven’t told Mr. Zhu the exact time of receiving money.

Mr. Zhu contacted the customer service and was replied that they were busy in handling withdrawal request; and therefore, told him to wait patiently if he haven’t received the money.

AET, after investigation, is suspected of holding ASIC (AUS)’s license for investment consulting service. The broker copied other licensed brokers’ regulatory information. AET has no valid regulatory status and may have higher risk.
